Garlic Harvest

Technically, we're several months ahead of schedule, but when you need garlic and you have the chance to dig some, you dig.  Calendar be hanged!

And then I washed them...which you're not supposed to do.  We'll see what happens.

Is that wild garlic or was it intentionally planted? Just curious since it looks different from ours up here in Canada (which is probably grown somewhere else).

It's kind of both. There was an old house there years and years ago so it was planted, but now it just grows by itself out in the cow pasture.
